If you receive a damaged or defective product from Printify.me, you're eligible for a free reprint or a refund.

Report issues within 30 days of delivery to the Printify.me support email from your order confirmation, with your order ID and photo evidence included.

Printify.me does not allow returns or exchanges since products are printed on demand, which helps ensure efficient and sustainable resource use.

If your order is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address, you will be refunded the product price, not including shipping.
